GM Financial will formally present a Cool Cars for Remarkable Kids vehicle to the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte on Wednesday, July 12, at GM Financial Servicing Center,
12125 Herbert Wayne Ct. Suite 100, Huntersville, NC.
The company recently announced the expansion of its Cool Cars program in select markets across the U.S., creating mobility options for potentially hundreds of RMHC families, many of whom have traveled miles from their homes for medical treatment for their sick children. This program allows these children and their families to use an off-lease GM Financial vehicle to meet their transportation needs while visiting the House.
Cool Cars for Remarkable Kids is part of GM Financial’s recently launched Mobility Initiative, which strives to create opportunities for upward social and financial mobility in communities across North America. The Cool Car delivery to Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte joins vehicle deliveries to Houses in Dallas, Fort Worth, Lubbock, Amarillo, El Paso, Austin, Temple, Harlingen, Corpus Christi and Ann Arbor, Mich. Approximately 30 Cool Cars are planned for distribution in Texas, North Carolina, Michigan and Arizona, all regions where the company maintains a significant employment presence.
