Pink Cactus Bar Kitchen will celebrate its opening day on Saturday, March 30, in the former Treehouse Whiskey and Fork location. Pink Cactus invites Charlotte to its Grand Opening party for live music, drink specials and fun.
Not just another restaurant, Pink Cactus is intended to be a neighborhood gathering place. A newly expanded and covered patio will be ready for the Grand Opening party. Over the past few weeks the restaurant has undergone extensive updates and renovations in order to entirely change the look and feel of the space. The new brand, Pink Cactus, will offer 25 beers and over 35 tequilas, innovative craft cocktails, sangria pitchers, a coffee bar, and a new Southwest menu.
“Treehouse was successful, but in the restaurant world, there’s a time to update and refresh to give the market what it is looking for and we believe Charlotte is looking for Pink Cactus,” said General Manager Bryan Godart. “I’m excited for Pink Cactus to offer a different vibe in SouthPark. We’ll have tequila, we’ll have cocktails, macarons and cappuccino, and most important, the best outdoor space in Charlotte.”
The restaurant, 3,000 sq. ft., will offer over 200 seats, 12 big screen tvs, 22 bar seats, with a forthcoming patio that’s bigger and better than ever. At the entry of the restaurant, the host stand will double as a coffee and macaron bar. Guests can expect contemporary cocktails, daily drink specials, Sunday brunch, and hookah on the patio.
