Jeff Gates, service manager at FedEx Ground in Charlotte, N.C., was recently honored by the company as a Purple Promise Award winner. Of the more than 59,000 employees in the FedEx Ground and FedEx SmartPost network, Jeff was among 21 recognized for far exceeding the expectations of their job responsibilities to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
