Cinergy Opens New Dine-In Theater in Charlotte’s Prosperity Village

Charlotte has a new Cinergy dine-in theater featuring recline-and-dine cinemas with alcoholic beverages and a menu of chef-inspired American favorites. The location is 5336 Docia Crossing Rd. in Prosperity Village.

This marks the eighth Cinergy location, with additional entertainment centers in Texas and Oklahoma. In addition to upscale cinema amenities, many Cinergy locations feature a unique selection of interactive games and a variety of other amenities, including bowling, axe throwing, laser tag, escape rooms, Virtual Reality and elevated ropes course with zip lines.

Doors open to the public Tuesday, March 29.

  • On Tuesdays, moviegoers can enjoy the discounted ticket price of $5, all day.

  • On Saturday, April 9, the theater will be hosting a special french toast breakfast in celebration of Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

Cinergy Dine-In Cinemas was founded by entertainment pioneers, Jeff and Jamie Benson (founders of Movie Tavern).
