Charlotte-area children between the ages of 5 and 10, who are Simon Kidgits™ Club members, will have the opportunity to “walk the walk” for the chance to model during a Simon Fashion Now runway show, presented by Land Rover Charlotte. The show will take place at SouthPark on Saturday, October 23.
Contestants are invited to SouthPark to walk for a panel of judges, including local media personality Bridgette Wright, publisher ofCharlotte Style Magazine and Kimberlye Worth, public relations director for Barbizon Modeling & Entertainment Center-Carolinas.The panel will select 30 child models to receive the ultimate Model for a Day package, including a custom fitting for his/her runway look and the opportunity to walk in the 12:30 p.m. Simon Fashion Now show on Saturday, October 23.
Each of the 30 children selected to walk in the Simon Fashion Now children’s show will receive an exclusive Simon Fashion Now Kidgits gift bag and will have their name announced on SouthPark’s Facebook and Twitter pages!
Representatives from Barbizon will be at SouthPark from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM on October 9 to meet with shoppers about modeling opportunities and answer questions about program offerings.
