Join Piedmont Adult Living Services Sept. 22 as they host their first PALS Walk and Roll-A-Thon, commemorating the 25th annual National Adult Day Services Week. Immediately following the walk-a-thon, PALS will host an open house at its offices on South Boulevard.
“This is a chance for us to show off our programs, activities and our Traumatic Brain Injury Group works,” says Bettye Clark-Mills, Executive Director of PALS. “We’re the only adult day care whose staff is licensed and trained as Memory Impairment Specialists.”
Registration begins at 8am at Piedmont Adult Living Services office on South Boulevard. The walk starts at 9am. The first ever Walk and Roll-A-Thon will honor those who paved the way in adult day care services while celebrating National Adult Services week, which runs from September 16-22.
