Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association reports on the residential real estate market in this region based on Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (CMLS) data. The number of closings for September 2011 (1,970) increased 26 percent compared to September 2010 when closings totaled 1,564. Compared to August 2011 (2,289), closings were down 13.9 percent. ATD Donates $170,000 to 3 Causes During 22nd Annual Golf Tourney

American Tire Distributors (ATD) has announced $170,000 in charitable gifts, including a $100,000 donation to Boundless Playgrounds to support the creation of two inclusive Tread Town playgrounds, and $35,000 each to Charlotte-area charities Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina and The Salvation Army Center of Hope.
